    I would like to have API endpoints. I am a web developer and a past physician. Would love to create a website using the API.

  2. Allow a user notes section

    Give one more panel for users to enter their own notes -- helps to record pearls or one's own thoughts about the studies. Have these sync and backed up to iCloud, Dropbox or mystudies account (and allow to sync back to other devices)

  3. Add tags - user generated and app generated to help find studies quickly.

    For example, a major diabetes This saves dilemmas about filing a given study as diabetes, cardiology, lipids or renal disease (eg the SHARP trial)
