English metric data

I'm in the US and we are all used to the English metric data for lab tests. Could you include our messed up way of doing things so that we don't have to pull out an online calculator to figure out what those numbers mean?

I'd add that having a convert button (or automatic conversion already shown in brackets to the other unit) would be terrific, even if just in the baseline demographics summary screens (since the abstracts are presented as published)

The problem is that the numbers are entered just as text, so we can't automatically convert them, at least not with an uber-intelligent algorithm. We are keeping the issue in the back of our head and I'll keep it up here, if other people find this very important please vote up.
